So do you us a full on rim tape on a wheel like the Kyserium? You know the ones with no spoke holes on the underside of the rim.

I am leaning towards "Yes"...

I don't believe my Kyseriums have any.

The point of rim tape is to protect the tube from the holes in the rim and the pokey things underneath them, so if there's nothing you need to protect the tube from, there's no point in using rim tape.

Wrap at least three layers of tape on those rims,

Wouldn't want to have them to light now.
