I know this has been discussed before, vivid vs ccdb, thats the first question. But my other question which will also help with that decision is i have a demo 8 with a dhx 4. i can't seem to get it setup to handle a bit of everything. It is sprung right, sag is right, and according to a spring calculator, i am actually sprung a little heavy with a 600 lb i am 225ish with gear. The propedal (lsc) is like 2 clicks from cranked. That is fine, rebound is also fine, but where i run into problems is with the air chamber basically. If i increase the pressure, it will not bottom on drops, but then once in say rock gardens and such areas it is harsh. then if i take pressure out, it is nice in rock gardens but bottoms without fail on drops. is this because there is no true bottom out resistance, or the lack of hsc? So would the hsc on the ccdb be useful as compared to the vivid, thanks for any responses in advance
