Hey out there, I need help deciding on which spring to run on my bike. I weigh around 215 lbs. and have a seven in travel bike and I have a 450 lb, 600 and 650 lb springs to choose from. I am currently running the 600lb spring and about 125psi. I think I really need a 500lb spring, but I figure maybe someone out there can help, am I running the wrong set up?

That depends on the bike. (most importantly the leverage ratio).
What bike are you riding?
Do you know the stroke of the shock?

I'm riding a session 77 with a 2.5 stroke swinger.

Go by sag. You want somewhere around 30% sag so pick a spring that allows you to get this without resorting to much pre-load.
