Not sure if I will make any friends in the town of Interwest (aka Whistler), but any bets if the increased $$'s for a season pass will be rolled back a bit since 3 weeks of the season are lost?

When did we lose 3 weeks of the season?
You have to keep in mind, that the season starts every year on May20th. Anytime the park is open before that, is a bonus, in which you are getting additional value to your season pass. You can't complain about a $359 pass. A 9 day break-even is a steal!
Just walked up to the base of the mountain earlier today, and all the chairs are almost fitted for bikes, and they are clearing the snow at the bottom of the mountain. According to a couple of bike patrol guys I was talking to, they are shooting at opening Aline and DM this weekend.
