Well I just got back to the hotel from Whiteface and let me just say props to Downhill Mike and everyone at Whiteface. The course is awesome and is definitely going to make riders step up to the plate. The extra section added from last year.....well it's fun as long as you don't scrub any speed, people with pump skills will definitely be the fastest through there. As for the rest of the course, the rock gardens on trail #27 are insane, ridable.....but you really need to have your line pinned through there. And the top section and fast bit right by mid-station are a blast.
Looks like it's going to be a good race tomorrow......my bet is on a winning pro time of 7:10-7:15. Looks like awesome weather for Sunday as well.
