home depot, lowes, or sears probably has them. Called Easy Outs, Screw/Bolt/Stud Extractor. Your LBS might have one as well.

cut a slot in it with a dremel cutting wheel and take out with a standard screwdriver

any of the above methods may work. If you don't want to cut into your stem to get a good slot for a screwdrive, the extractors are your best bet. That or drill it out and put a helicoil in there.

Yeah I have heard that Grap Its are awesome! You should try them.

I would just use a left handed drill bit. It turns in the direction you want the bolt to go, out. When you get the bit in far enough to grab, it just turns the broken bolt out.
