I plan on attending the US open. I will be racing IX but not downhill. Will the park be open to freeriding during the days the downhill competition is going on? is only part of the park open? or what?

Yea, the rest of the trails are open for riding

Like he said, the rest is open and quite quiet most of the time. I usually practice the course and then go ride around the park a few times.
