The trainer is all well and good, but I dont like standing and trying to sprint/simulate hard climbing on it, I feel like I am putting too much torque on my chain stays. Just bought this.

A lot. The Fly wheel alone is near 50 lbs. I originall got the idea to buy one after seeing what Tyler Hamilton was training on before he was allowed to get on the road. His was way more fancy obviously, but the same concept. I've wanted one ever since. If only I could have found one with free shipping... the shipping is murder.
