it was sunny and warm this weekend in seattle, perhaps the first truly nice weekend of the year, so the girl and i hiked around the local zoo, camera gear in hand, er, in bag. oftentimes conditions were very suboptimal for shooting photos: shooting through smudged glass or fences, poor light, animals far off, little kids and their parents swarming everywhere, but i still snapped off of a couple of shots that i like.

love that zoo, the kids always highjack the keys untill I agree we stop in.

sweet pics as well, too bad the glass wasnt cleaner on the blue frog pic.
