Warranty & Technical Service Representative (Holbrook, New York)
Full Time Position

The Warranty & Technical Service Representative is responsible for ensuring that all customer issues are handled promptly and professionally. This position interacts with customers, salespeople and other internal departments to provide a variety of post-sales services.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Handle incoming warranty and technical calls
• Handle warranty/technical email and faxes
• Receive and process warranty parts requests
• Issue return authorizations for damaged and defective products
• Maintain customer contact information in the Company’s CRM system
• Record customer issues in the Company’s CRM system
• Maintain a sufficient parts inventory
• Communicate product issues or recurring warranty requests with the Product Department and help find solutions to resolve them

Knowledge of bicycle parts, assembly, and repair are necessary for these positions. Candidates should also possess strong writing, communications, and interpersonal skills and demonstrate computer proficiency.
