Looks like eBay just disabled HTML from their description section. Is there a checkbox or something to enable it now?

Your tags are fine.

I just gave it a try. If you use the simplified version of selling, you don't have HTML options. If you use "Customize Your Options", you get to use HTML.

I remember having the same problem last time I wanted to add html to an auction. It'd been a while I'd listed something so I wasn't aware of the change. Now when you go to the screen where you start entering information for selling an item you can choose "keep it simple" or "customize your listing." If you choose "keep it simple" you can't enter html, it's lame, sure it might save you a few minutes, but it won't let you enter html code. It's lame. Instead choose "customize your listing then above the field where you'd normally enter your item description you can click the tab that says html and it'll switch over to the html editor. It's kind of cool because you can type the text and format it using the "intelligent" editor then switch to the html editor at the end and it'll keep all the formating so all you have to do is put in your <img src="... stuff.

Once the auction is posted you have to jump through some hoops to get the html editor enabled. I can't remember how to do that, but the live help got me sorted out in just a few minutes. If your auction has bids you won't be able to edit your original description so it'll look dumb but you should be able to add to the description even with bids.

Get live help on the screen and they'll walk you through it.

I had one auction on the simple mode too and couldn't add html. After a while I saw a thing where it said I had click the link to edit html and I eventually was able to add the photos.

Cool, thanks all for the help. I'll try to track it down.

And Silver, if you still have your Flexons, they are HIGHLY sought after. A little less so, now that Full Tilt bought the Flexon molds and is making them again, but still people LOVE those boots. Too low volume for me, so I'm in the Krypton instead.

I don't have the original version, I have the slightly heavier and (I think) higher volume version that has the replaceable toe and heel pieces. I think I got them 95ish. They will NOT be going up on ebay :)
