The tensioning spring in the body of the derailleur snapped while riding. I removed all the c clips and drove some of the rode out but the rods holding the spring into place seem to be impossible to press out of their place. Ive tried pliers, a vicegrip press...Im all out of ideas at this point. Any of you guys have experience with this?

Send an email or call Sram. If it's less than a year old it's under warranty. If older, maybe they can help you fix it.
