What is your favorite way to cook wings?
I am looking to experiment with some wangs soon. I have only ever made them grilled with Jerk sauce from the BBQ Bible by Steven Raichlin & they kicked ass. But I want to branch out.

I don't care if they are fried, jerked, buffalo style, grilled....

Great company in Rochester made a sauce called Country Sweet Hot...

The ones we used to make ourselves were basically melted butter, Franks Red Hot, Soy Sauce, and some other small amounts of things to taste (it's been awhile). Can't remember the exact recipe, but that's a pretty good start...

I just smother them in Cholula.

I like mine smo'-fried. I throw them on the smoker for a bit to get some good flavor then fry them to really crisp them up. Serve with some blue cheese dressing.
