I just bought an '03 Z1 SL and am trying to set it up.

I weigh 175(ish) and am not to sure what pressures to set the springs at.

id say 130 psi in negative and 30 in each leg then adjust from there

(you need lots of negative pressure in this fork or it tops out real harshly
