I want to know when can i say i can jump big jumps i have done 15 feet jumps but is that big I dont know.

50ft...you can't call yerself a big man until you hit a 50 ft gap...definitely 50ft...yeah
Uhhh...Kinda got lost while reading that, but I'll interpret that the best I can. I know that you dont mean 15 feet tall of jumps, so I'll assume a 15 foot gap. I'd say it depends on the jump size, etc. I mean, I've had a 2.5 foot tall jump do a 12 foot gap. So To classify a big jump, I think it just matters how much skill is required to do the jump.
Here is a gap I had in my front yard about 2 years back. We landed in the grass past the landing more often than we hit the landing. That made the gap about 13 feet or so. But, the jump is not very tall, 2.5 feet or so.
Now, on the other hand... This pic isnt the clearest, but it shows that my friend had some big air going there. We had the same jump as the pic above but we put it on the top of a hill at the local Elementary School. That gap, given how fast you were going, could be up to 25 feet (and its basicly a step-down).
It really depends on what you think.

mang dont worry about all that crap. is 15 feet big to you? its all relative to how big you have gone before. im sure i have hit jumps bigger than 15 feet but to me 15 feet is still big. worrying about that crap is what makes people go out exceed their skill base and get injured. do you think 15 feet is big? if so then yes 15 feet is big. agreed, as long as you are having fun ...then have fun its all different to every one. when I first started riding mtbs, a 3 foot drop was down right scary.......now my biggest drop I have done is 13-14 feet over airsupply and it only gets bigger...just take your time becarful and think it through before you do it...it would suck to get hurt ( again for me) and loose time to ride....

It depends... there are two ways to measuer "BIG".
Height and length.
I've done 20-25ft long jumps that are small, and 10ft long jumps that are big.
Some DH jumps can be real long, but you only need a 2ft lip to hit them. then there are these BMX style jumps that are only 6fy gaps, but they go STRAIGHT up. Which is bigger?

Anything that makes your boys retract and/or makes your pooper pucker up before hitting it is big, it's different every time.....

A big jump is one that is bigger than what you have done before and slightly smaller than what you refuse to do.

Go to a local motocross race and watch all the 6 year olds on 50's jump 30' doubles.
Size is relative. You could impress alot of people with a 4 foot gap double. But if you then step up and try to impress some motocrossers by clearing a 40 foot double they would not be impressed.
Why am I comparing motorcycles to mountainbikes? I grew up racing MX then BMX before mtb's. I pretty much ride my downhill bike like a MX bike. Give me a steep enough hill for speed and I'll jump anything a dirt bike can, such as 90 feet off the ski jump at the Washougal MX track.
So to answer your question,
