Oh man this sucks. I'm a die hard Sox fan, but I gotta admit it - we just cant get by em. I know we have a better team and keep the faith and all, but....they're the Yankees. They find a way to win. Lokk at what they did to Schilling! They made him look like Derek Lowe! UGGGHHHHH! Oh weel, maybe Pedro will fair better

They were so close to coming back...so close.

Silly fatty baseball players...while I hate baseball, I've become attached to the BoSox, merely because of the curse and perpetual underdog status in the playoffs.

I can't believe I stayed up until midnight watching that schit. Hopefully my three TV's will all explode today, leaving me unable to tune in. Focking Red Sox.

I reluctantly find myself rooting for the Red Sux as an Oriole fan and card-carrying member of the FVCKtheYankees Club. If not for that late yanqui surge, the hapless Sux might have prevailed. I was hoping for more from Captain Caveman.

God, watching this makes me so angry!!!

The one saving grace is the Pats, no NY team can beat'em.

Actually, watching the Patriots recently (last 3 years) and the Yankees, its not a matter of IF they are going to win, it is HOW they are going to win.

And as much as it hurts to say it, I watch the BoSox to see how they are going to lose games.

Last night re-opened the wound from last October........

Father's Day is in June....

Isn't it ironic that after all the hype around Curt Schilling and all his postseason success, ONCE AGAIN we have to turn to Pedro to save us. Unfortunately, I am not real confident in Pedro right now. :(

I didn't see the game (we don't get fox) - was shilling's ankle/foot bothering him? WTF happened? I'm not holding my breath that Pedro comes through tonight... but I do have a little hope. Perhaps the "The Yankees are my daddy" thing was just an attempt to get in the Yankees' heads. Even so, I don't think it will do any good.

The yankees only won by 3 after being up 8-0. Plus mussina blew his perefect game in the 7th inning. It's only one game. I like the sox chances against all of the other pitchers new york has.
GO SOX!!

I think the point is that the Bo Sox lost a game in which they needed to win with Schilling on the mound. The Yankees pitching isn't all that good but after Schilling and Pedro, Boston doesn't have much either.

I hope the Yanks DO show Pedro who his Daddy is. :p

Game 2:
I think Pedro pitched good, just the Sox bats were limp
Going into 2 (hopefully 3) games at Fenway should be just the thing the Sox need to start playing better

I hate to say it, but so far the Yanks have outplayed the Sox in all aspects
