First I was riding in the park the other night and saw a buddy getting ready to ride so I go over and chat a little. This lady in a car pulls up rolls down her window and says what are you guys doing tonight? After watching Cops all these years and living where I do I figured her very next quest was going to be Wana party?
But she had her daughter with her and after she asked the question she just looked at me. Me not really knowing what to say I said awe I dont know just going to ride a bit then go home get hammered off of some cheap beer and make a couple of buttie calls, oops sorry youngen. Hahahha the woman just starred at me. Then I say not really anything just going to ride for a bit. Then she said she had some Astros tickets and asked if I wanted them. I said sure and took them. It was weird I had didnt know really what to say or if I should take them, were they real and why didnt she just me if I wanted the tickets right off the bat? I dont know. I posted them on the cork board at the entrance of the park with a sign that said free, the game was the evening.
Then last night after my ride Im in the store getting some beer and this chic comes up to me and asks hey do you have $2? I said back I sure do and I have 4 more to go with it to get me a six pack of Lonestar. I was expecting her to go away but she just kind of hung around expecting me to still give her the $2 but I really only had $6. Even if I had more I had no intention of giving it to her.
So shes still awkwardly standing there but says Oh Ill take one of those instead. Miffed I said Obviously you missed the termination of this conversation. Your welcome to take your leave. I guess she didnt understand but eventually went away.
