1.5 Headset Reduction

I have a cannondale chase that has a 1.5 headtube but i recently put a FSA Orbit headset that is almost zero stack and is internal reduction but my fork doesnt clear my downtube. Are their any headsets or reduction things that i can put just like a normal chris king headset in or that reduces the size but keeps it so my fork clears the downtube.

either of these should solve your problem by increasing the stack height of the lower cup. The first option is a set of standard reducer cups that Problem Solvers (qbp) FSA and a few others sell which allow you to press in a traditional 1.125 headset. The 2nd option is one of many 1.5-1.125 reducing headsets that is not low stack (your current one is incredibly low stack, much like an e13 reducer).

e-13 also makes a sweet set of zero stack reducers...I put those on my turner and they are uber strong..there are however only 2 headsets that will work with them I think?..I have a FSA orbit(ish) one in it, its been through hell and no issues so far.

the e13 option won't work. From what he has stated, he needs a headset that will increase stack height, not maintain his current low stack height.

Hey mobius.......I've got the cane creek one that I took out of my chase frame. I sold the frame and the feller didn't need the headset. You want it cheap?

I had that headset and a 100mm fox vanilla R on mine and I really liked that setup.
