Just picked up an '06 P2. Not sure what to think about the fork. Anyone have time on a DJ Pro? Or should I be looking into maybe a Pike?

I have a friend who has one, and he wasn't a very good rider, but I got to ride it around, not alot, but I would ride it a bit, and if you like it, keep it, if you don't, get the Pike. I'm a gear whore though, I would get the Pike anyways.
i've only ridden one while demoing a bike and doing simple street stuff... I personally didnt like it because it felt sticky, heavy, and kinda flexy.

I have a Dirt Jam Pro, and I love it! Not really so sticky for me, but I agree with the flexing part. It doesn't flex too much, though.

you should consiter upgrading sometime in the next few months, but its a fine fork for right now. i rode the mz comp that came on my p.1 until i bent it to holy hell. so.... ride it until it starts to feel crappy, or you get sick of it.
The MZ Comp is a devil fork. The stanchion threads stripped out and the spring and all popped out of the left leg.
haha, yeah, its a real hunk of crap. but after i bought my bike i was broke
the pike defenetly. i haven't rode a pike, but i've rode a dj pro i didn't like it(probebly because it wasn't set up right, it was really sticky).
