as for sunday at wilson, not sure i can make that. my buds and i are pretty set for saturday. i would say put the climber cogset on the back. there are some sections that suck.

i was out doin some urban after i changed over to single speed. i was sprinting up to wall ride and the chain jumped the cog. I went OTB shoulder first into the concrete. xrays came back neg, but I have a MRI tomorrow morning to make sure there are no tears. Looks like Ill be outta comission for at least 3 weeks or longer. I will also be purchasing a dedicated SS cog to prevent further single speed carnage on all future rides.

There is a group of us that ride XC locally Tuesday evenings and usually plan a DH shuttle or some dirt jumping for the weekends. We are all from the Pasadena or surrounding areas. You can join,follow the rides and schedule your own rides at www.ermtb.com
