Building Leadership Capability Program (BLC)

Congratulations on being nominated to participate in the Building Leadership Capability (BLC) program!
As a proven performer, we value your management skills as well as your dedication to its vision and goals. Part of our vision is making sound investments for the future and no investment is more important than improving our people. The BLC program you have been asked to participate in is a three-day course designed to enhance your leadership skills as a first-level manager.
As you might imagine, there are different expectations and skill requirements when one becomes a first-level manager. The course will help you develop or hone these skills and will involve pre-work, homework, and post-work.
We recognize the demands this places on you, but we believe the course will provide you with the tools necessary to enhance your ability to lead into the future. We are delighted to offer you this exciting personal development opportunity.
The training session will be held from May 2-4 2006,

If you have any questions about the program, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to assist you.

I look forward to seeing you at the program.

Thank you,

So I'm gonna have to getcha to go ahead and....

You should send someone else to the 'learn to delegate' section. I bet you'll win a prize.

Well I'll be gone for the next 3 days becoming better than you.

Try to forge ahead without me. But when I return, I'll be able to point out everything you are doing wrong, and get this ship back on course, and get you all motivated.

Manage the change. Don't let the change manage you. A penny saved is worth a gift horse in the bush

Nor Cal, of course
Is this a poorly disguised "I Rule" thread? Because if it is you should just come out and declare you rule, that way everyone one can shoot you down like they do to The Kadvang.
