Rick and I finished a dirt jump that someone started at Dyer park and today I did my first superman.
We will be adding some more jumps to form a set but for now it is just the one.
The pictures are taken from a video that can be seen by going to my gallery and scrolling to the one at the bottom (#6)

I'm 28 and I just learned backflips off a wall. (Not on a bike) - Run up to a wall, run up it, boost off and flip over. Age is only in your head.

Yeah bro! throw lots of them and own that trick. I threw my first 360's this year at age 31....I wouldn't say I own them, but I've got time.

Very cool.
Did you try it over water first or foam pit-or just say *uck it & did it !

I'm 33 & can't do any tricks,but would like to learn a 360.

Looks good. Remember to throw your legs straight back, the "snap" them back forward to your pedals.
I'm 37 and will be riding at the GHY Jump Jam in Seattle Sunday.

Sweet superman. I'm 30 next month and I can just do no footers and 180s. I almost got supermans but I can't straighten my legs so they look more like flying squirrels.
