really, the one where I live isn't very good.
Do you have genuine mexicans working at yours? Cause we do...

I think its owned by McD's actually. But who cares. Good eats, and serves BEER!

What other fast food places serve beer?

McDonalds's acutally has a controlling interest in Chipotle, not Qdoba. Qdoba is controlled by Jack in the Box msn linky.

Chipotle has great margaritas and beer too. Never been to Qdoba though.

How would you compare the two places?

Never been to Chipotle. There is one out here, but I never stopped in. I would say that Qdoba DEFINITELY has a better Burrito than Baja Fresh, but baja fresh has some good chicken tacos.

I like Qdoba but I'm also partial to Moe's..... except for the whole "Welcome to Moe's" thing.
Are you kidding? It pisses me off when they don't say it, because they say it to everyone else who comes in. What's wrong with me?

If Jack in the Box owns Qdoba and we have Qdoba here, why can't we have some Jack in the Boxes here already? Man I could go for a spicy crispy chicken, two tacos, and an Ult cheese... Mmmmmmm......

It's pronounced Kew-doba. And it's not any better/worse than any of the other burrito-slinging joints.
I laugh when people try to compare Qdoba to Chipolte. Its the same crap! Exactly the same crap!

No. But what does that have to do with anything? None of the workers there are either...

And IMO Chipotle, Qdoba and Moe's are all the same. Baja Fresh is a step above,.... especially when you enchilada style the burrito.

Qdoba and Moe's are both good eats! but if you are in the Pittsburgh area and you pass up Mad Mex you are a __________(fill in nasty adjective here) head! it is one of (if not) the best in the area!

Qdoba was started by a person that used to work for Chipotle.

I've been to both Chipotle and Qdoba and IMO Chipotle is much better. Qdoba has more options and variety if that's your thing.

yea to the public. but chipotle bought themselves out through some deal.
Look, I hate to be doing this, but, here, 3 days old:
How Much Hotter Can Chipotle Get?
Maya Roney, 06.12.06, 4:32 PM ET

Additionally, McDonald's (nyse: MCD - news - people ) has sold around 4.8 million Chipotle shares through a secondary offering completed on May 19 at $61.50, taking its voting ownership to about 80% and its economic interest to around 50%. Barish has a "buy" rating and $39 price target on McDonald's.
This isn't the point of this thread, and I honestly am not sure I even know what it was, but McDonald's still has a controlling interest in Chipotle.

Now let's all go enjoy a burrito of our own choosing! I hear Ska Todd has a killer recipie!
