i liked that old ladder in the dry or even when not sopping wet, but i did wreck pretty badly (and unexpectedly) in the wet a time or two

cervo I like your work, cant wait to gap it now that I got the dully. First time I hit that was in the super wet. It had been raining for 4 days strait and finally I decied to hit it anyway. As I said once I actully saw the change I liked it alot. Its easy or harder depening on what you want to do on it. They should put the padding back on some of the those trees after it, needs it now more than ever with the gap.

I took the camera out today to get photos of it, however couldnt stop riding, as the conditions were perfect. Will get a video of it tomorrow.
That's seems to be a reccuring problem at Whistler. I know it has been for me. I need to figure out how to mount a camera to my shoulder straps so I don't need to take off my Camelpak.

helmet cam! :)

i have tried both - rolling and gapping it. rolling it was easy and fun...gapping it almost killed me. I need to look into a fullface replacement soon now. thanks cervo!

Here is a pic of someone rolling it

And one of someone gapping it

Personally, I like the old line better. Not bashing the craftsmanship. The work is very nice. I just liked the old because it was technically challenging and fit with the rest of lower joyride very well.

that's a bit true, but i though it was pretty hard to rebuild the same kind of line and making it safe and ridable when you have the same wet conditions who are usually closing that section, i also like narrow and really technical, am also a skinny fan, but on that sketchy spot it was pretty hard to find something who could work at any time and for everybody...

That line used to be crazy. I remember being stupid and riding it in the wet. Out of sheer luck I cleared it but pretty much wet myself. I suck too much now to do that again.

i used to ride it in the wet too, wasn't really a problem but just no brakes, and so tons of speed... now it can be fast too but you have the choice to ride gently or to gap it... so you have the control of your speed, hope you guys understand i tryied to please every body ;)
