I thought you didn't like your Demo? Definately looks sick, I love flashy paint. My XC bike is neon green, it's killer.

I once had a neon yellow XC bike with a yellow Reba. And yellow grips. And my race jersey was yellow. It made children cry as I rolled by. Never again, never again.

Perhaps an orange 40 and orange Mallets would complete the ensemble? I dunno, I don't think I can dig the orange frame alone...it doesn't match...ORANGE 40!!!

Orange Sun rims, ala Konas OEM spec? They exist, yeh? Or am I imagining things again?
Oh, and Maxxis tyres with the ugly stripe to complete it!

The bike looks good. The Maxxis tires with the orange stripe do not. That stripe always bugged me more than it should have.

She's nice, but her back end is too short. If anyone wants to trade me for a v10 or a Sunday or something, let me know. She's Orange. I painted her. She looks like a popsicle and goes really fast on technical trails.

I pretty much hate the back end of this bike, it's too short. But the rest of the bike is pretty killer. Buying rims or tires to match a rattle can paint job seems ridiculous IMO, or buying any parts just based on color. For under $50, it's pretty easy to get almost any frame professionally painted. Therefore, buying parts to match a $4.39 can of paint is just silly. I can get awfully drunk for $4.19, let alone $4.39.

Whats ridiculous is painting a $5000 dollar bike with a $4.39 can of paint.... :) then admitting it on RM is..... priceless. :):):):)

Seems like orange is the new color. Now, I need to paint my Fly and my Bronco.

Why is that ridiculous? It was nicer than the Krylon they had for $3.40. Nothing on this site really matters, it's a website about bike riding. Does anyone actually care? No. I heard your stuff is already orange. Btw, orange is automatically 14 seconds faster on any race course than any other pastel color. We got the goods.

Did you use a brush for that frame? How much clear coat? Looks slick. I am craving vitamin C right now, want some?

Neither, it's custom paint from the factory. All team bikes worldwide are this color apparently. We requested it in August of last year though - yeah for being at the head of the pack! ha.

INstead of powder they used regular wet process paint though, no idea why..it sucks.

I just had a V8, I think I'm all vitamin C'd out.
