You do not hear of anyone breaking them because the only people you see on them are A. sponsored riders, or B. well off middle age professionals who believe in superior engineering, but have to put 60 hours a week at the clinic to afford parking their Nicolai next to their 911... Not much time for riding or destroying frames...

Vitox... yeah you're right, they 'should' be indestructable. I've never heard of someone breaking one although they're not as common. Maybe someone from the bike industry in Europe would have a better idea since they're more common there.

thats quite the generalization. Want to come ride? Wear goggles to keep the dust out of your eyes.

I'm in Love and not with a Bike, so i have very little time to do anything, exept for riding with my girl...

Greg's M-pire is ready to be put back togheter i'm just waiting for Nicolai to send me the upgrade linkage parts (19 weeks already) so i can finish it the whole project, including the work for the floating brake arm that i have design already..

Oh if anybody is interested I think I'm going to sell the silver M-pire frame in the Pictures, Not cheap for sure, but is almost in brand new shape..

I live in switzerland (it's situated directly in the south of germany) and this allows me to buy some nicolais very easy and for damn good prices too, because i partialy work in a bike shop!

But i never would buy such thing! Nicolai always remember me an erection cran!? Wuah.. ugly as hell, and way expensive!
I always bought real race proved stuff like turner, intense, specialized, orange.. and such thing!

I would say it didn't worth all the cash!
