I have a hard time not watching. He's always talking about something I am interested in. Now I have to try out some fried chicken.

I have a nice skillet but it isn't cast iron. When I tried I had a hard time regulating the temp and in the end they were overcooked. I was thinking next time I might try it in the oven and see how it turns out.laura said:
