They have had my fork for 11 working days and no phone call to give me a repair estimate or whatever. they must be busy eh ? I don't wanna call and hassle them, they should be working and not talking to whinney jackas$ on the phone.

I miss my fork.

I sent in a rear shock. They say they are waiting for a part. Luckily, it was a spare shock, and I can still ride.

But it's getting annoying. I called after a month. They had no idea when it would be ready.

Waited 6 Weeks For My Shock. Sent A 3.0 Got Back A 4.0. I Think The Shop Just Gave It To Me To Shut Me Up.

I think it is not inly with Fox you have this kind of problem. Today it is exactly 3 weeks I send my 888rc to Marzocchi, and they have no idea when I will get it back :help:

If it is not here within the first couple of weeks, someone is going to get completely crazy :mumble:

When you call Fox for an RA they will tell you the approx. wait time. My fork took about 10-11 work days to get done. Luckilly the Spokesman here in town has a great demo fleet and I was able to borrow an Enduro similar to my own to tide me over.

Well, had you brought your Texass self up here to the Snowmass National this past weekend, you could have dropped it directly to the trailer and had it back within a couple of hours. Oh yeah, and you could have gotten to ride the Snowmass track, hung out with us CO peeps, watched some fast guys ride bikes, and drank more PBR than should be legal.

But you know... whatever...

as of December, no more truck payment. And i got one more payment on a selfish loan from 3 years ago. So, i'll be about $750/mo richer next year so i plan on some serious Colorado travels fo sho!!!

That's why I sent my fork to Push. Got a call 3 days after they received it, and they got back to me when I asked for it...
