Increased the vent sizes from and back.
small round file, small flat, did the trick just fine.
I also called TLD and new liners come in blue black and red.
but i think i will just wash mine for now.
As for the rubber edging the guy @ TLD said use some
motocycle winsheild edging. its about he same stuff.
so tomorrow i'll go look around for that.
What i am planing is all pearl white with carbon bcdracing.com
and maybe rallysmurf across the back.

My friends wife is about to have a baby. He is stoked. I decided to supply him with his kids first bike helmet. It's just a baby helmet, but I am very pleased with how it turned out.

heimdall's helmet is sweet. It is a knocked down matte with ghosted monster Ms. Pretty slick, pat did a really good job.

The impact desing ones I like. Very clean lines and not tacky at all and they also dont include very many flame desings.

Friend of mine did it, would set you back about EUR 400 for the paintjob, with the dollar bills etc etc.
Euró bills don't look that good, like monopoly money
jeez Christiaan...now that is a one of kind design there...right down to the ghosting of the graphics. Very impressive. Originality is sometimes hard to come by.
those $$ bills aren't airbrushed... right? printed-off and applied somehow. if it is then that's friggin' awesome detail work.
i think they're real
couple ways u can do it.
a. real money
b. scan money, print it with a thermal printer and cut it out
c. waterslide (ink fades and doesn't hold up to UV)
d. airbrush...cutting out masks for that would be a nightmare
a) is out since that would be $400.
unless he paid $600 or $700 for the paintjob haha
