How close are you to that airport? I used to live right in the landing path of a Naval Air Station and it sucked!

Airport is close...but it's a tiny one...mostly small jets and small planes. Not much noise at all. The only noise I hear is that of the ocean tide...in and out...in and out... :cupidarrow: :happydance:

Well you see, my story is sad..... I live in Oklahoma! The pics are nice but a couple of them remind me of being nowhere in Okla or Kansas. But the cool thing is that you live in Ct, so country stuff is great. The thing about country in Oklahoma is that every freaking house (or trailer park) that has a roof falling in, you pass in this state that is not in the city has 10 broken down cars in the front yard along with 4 of the most mangy looking dogs that haven't been fed in a week, so they chase you down because they look at you as a big dinner on 2 wheels. Then the owners of the house come outside with their toothless friends and take turns shooting at you with rocksalt, not even fearing they are breaking the law because they are drunk on stolen Coors light.

I know, believe me I know! I spent the last year in Va and moved back to Okla about 3 months ago and now all I can think about is how great it would be to be back in Colorado
