the mid-west armpit!
When was the last time you knew ME to siss out on a drop with a sketchy landing? only time I siss out is when its wet/muddy!
and even then you still go down! remember our urban rides last year with the hookworms and wet grass over by tredeger(spelled right)?

Actually, how is your arm dong these days and will you still be competing next year after you are healed up nice and strong

One of the best hits of the day was going to lunch theres some grassy nobs over on the other side of the road that you can huck pretty good, too bad I almost died when my front end washed out in the gravel
That sounds like the place JYETI washed out a couple of weeks ago. He got a nice ER visit out of it, something about pissing blood and not remembering his name. Sounded real pleasant.

My only gripe with wintergreen is most of the stunts have almost no landing.
Yeah, that was my complaint as well. I was really chicken to hit stuff mostly because the landings were pig pens full of rocks - which is especially sketchy while riding a hardtail.

Yeah well the hot dogs I got from that little convience store probably should have sent me to the er too. They hit me pretty hard that night.

I find out thursday how its REALLY doing, (CT scan results) but it still hurts, and I don't think it healing right.

I dunno if i'll be racing next year, we'll see what happens between now and then

Mike,
I certainly wish you the best with the injury and I hope it does heal up correctly. And as for the racing, maybe it is for the best since you got hurt pretty seriously the year before. But regardless.... I do wish you the best and hope all turns out for the best.
