thanks guys
the pic of the yakuza makes it look steep because it was taken actually a little bit on a downward slope.
i went with the yakuza because of $$$, it has almost the same geo as a sunday with the shock i have on it

thats a good enough reason for me just seems odd to have all those tricked out parts on relatively low dollar frame

Kumicho low dollar frame?? well... it does get over shadowed by the dw-link Sunday frame.... cough cough... World Champion winning frame.. cough cough.. ****

that Kumicho is mint though and I would rock a Kumicho if I had to buy a new DH bike next year as I am on the same boat with Lewis... well... similar boat, he is a poor college kid and I have to pay for a wedding next year... they both are the 'po ships'
Scary enough, I would run the same spec except for a 7" Travis and a 36T ring.

for now... I will just have to struggle with my 2005 Sunday. rough life, i know...

good photos Lewis and please rotate your STS on your D.O.C. Enjoy Taunton on Sunday.

*** sorry for the blatant World Championship comment... it was just too easy.

The Kumicho is seriously an unbelievably sick bike. I heard some rumors that it rode well, I allready had a Sunday so I had my doubts. Then I jumped on one. I seriously couldnt believe that bike is marketed as a budget downhill bike, because in all honesty it is hands down one of the best downhill platforms that I have ridden. The bike absolutley rips. Still to this day no one believes me when I say so. Check out the write up on it in the new Decline.

This is my "whip" suprisingly similar build. ;)

Those Kumichos look sick. I'll have to look into one for next year.

What size shock did you put on to alter the geo, and what did the numbers come out like?

Thanks

The other two rigs are very nice as well, especially that Evil...

So Heikki, still running dual Michy Comp32 as mud tires???

What about the Sunday?

I'm just remembering a pissing rain Mont-Ste-Anne Canada Cup last june, I'm the Devinci/Daredevils team mechanic.
