And Miami was never in the same league as these designs. Not even close. Plus, Miami's deco was just fluff, non-substance paint and plastic. Ugh.

Key biscayne involved similiar land/island manipulations at the time and the expansion south towards homestead and florida city involved backfilling the north eastern corners of the everglades.......which is why I said that.

And before you or I, the south beach/art deco section was posh as hell previous to the art deco crap. I thought you jews knew that stuff since it was mostly your money.
