... by a bunch of careless, inconsiderate trail users. Berms are being blown out, corners cut, jumps cased and excessive cheater lines around the simplest stuff.

If you blow a berm or case a gap, stop and fix it! If you can't ride the trail the way it's meant to be ridden, either stay off it or sack up and learn to ride it the way it is, don't ruin it for others.

And I'm sick and tired of picking up !$@# pedal reflectors! :banghead:

...LOL...

I had to laugh. I had to deal with this kinda sh*t for 3 hrs this morning patching, packing and moving back rocks where some foos found them inconveniently bumpy on the rock sections- before I was able to ride.

rant off..and my back hurts, goddamit.

Yeah, I knew you would understand.

It's incredible, we have these high tech bikes with lots of travel, armor and full facers yet people still ride around the lamest stuff.

I posted on this topic a while back when some 'scared' riders used a pick to destroy the take off and landing of a tough 15 foot-gap double so they could just not do the double and then hit the natural table top right after it.

Don't be an a-hole. Learn to ride.

Good idea!

Someone destroyed the lip of one of my doubles in the alley. I rebuilt it bigger. The lip is soft right now, since we haven't had much rain and kids walk/jump on it and mess it up. Any ideas for lip protection? Maybe a lip built in a coffin

I like coffins in between gaps... work as anti-pussy/beginner like a charm and as a brain-fock just as well.
I honestly don't mind the beginners, we are all beginners at first, and we need somewhere to learn and progress. I've been watching some local groms tearing things up but their progression has been incredible. And I don't want to discourage those who try.

I think the best defense is education, if all of the regular Monkeys on this forum just helped spread the word...
