I'm thinking of buying a complete 20". I can get EP on Specialized but looing at Fits has got me thinking about them because I like the geo and build a lot.

What completes out there at the $4-600 range are worth checking out?

Also, should I even think about building considering I have no parts, or should I just get a complete. I'd run no pegs, probably brakeless, and cheap-ish yet good parts.

I've got an 07 Specialized Fuse 4, its pretty nifty. After ditching the pegs and putting slams on it, I'd say its about perfect. If you are fine with brakeless, the fit's would be pretty smooth for sure.

The one thing I don't like about the special-ed, is that the stickers aren't removable. There is a clear coat over them, which is pretty lame in my opinions... I like my bikes to be sticker-free when possible.... not really that important though.

i'm drawn to the Fuse line, by Specialized, and would go that route over other lines we carry at the shop (DK, Eastern)

I just like that the Fits are really short in the CS.

My concern is that I really don't like my bud's Fuse III very much. I rode a IV a while ago and it was nice, but I really don't want it to feel like the III if that makes sense. Plus I can't really try one out because we only stock crappy BMXs.

honestly, the best complete for the price is the 07 specialized Fuse 4.

Fits are good, and the Eastern Jane is sick, but the best is the Fuse.

Yeah, the only Fuse I'd even consider is the Fuse 4. You might also consider the Stolen Heater and the Integral Bel-Air, both have very good part specs.

Stolens do look good but considering I can EP a Fuse 4 I would prefer to do that. The Fit Flows are just so sick and I love Fit geo. I guess when my bud builds his S3 I'll see how that compares to my rusty recollection of a Fuse 4.

Also, I know someone who switched from a Fuse 4 to an S2i and he much prefered the S2, and said it was significantly quicker and manualed better.

I really don't like the Bel-Air. It's ugly and it's 20.5", I'm looking for a 20.75" or 21" bike.

The bel-air is a 20.75" danscomp just has the spec goofed. If you look at it elsewhere, its listed as 20.75" and in Green/white its not too bad looking... great part spec. Primo hollowbites, etc.

I actually go to high school in SoCal.

But hell, I'd have to ship a bike regardless of what kind I get so it's not a problem at all.
