I did search! I only found 3 frames that were custom built when I did. I figured that there would be more.

is it difficult to make your custom dh bike? do you need to know a lot of geometry and welding....?

i build my own frames. I'm in the process of building 2 4x frames one DH frame, 1 DS hardtail (roughly 3 pounds), and a trials frame.
I have built 2 trails frames and a 4X frame so far, and the 4X frame turned out so good that i had a buddy want one, and I just couldn't help myself. I have to have one!
