I just got my bike back from S&D Powercoating in massachusettes yesterday. While I was at it I made a few upgrades. Put on a Ti coil, WTB Devo SLT ti, new king headset, and a couple other weight saving goodies. Steve and Diana did a really good job, and Brenden (foesrider) did a fine job on the decals. Unfortunately I put the driveside mainframe sticker on crooked, so I didnt take many pictures of that side. Foesrider is taking care of me and I got a new one in the mail though. I'm ordering some red I9's on 721's for my race wheels soon, so it should look pretty sweet in the end! Whatcha'll think?

I must suck at bikes, because I had all these extra bolts left over??? ;-)

You know you want to put some Codes on that badboy.
If he spent goodmoney on titanium bolts, he wont buy codes. If he buys any brakes they'll likely be ultimates. (but it looks like he could already have thoughs? Unless their black juicy 7s)

Their 07' juicy 7s. Codes look nice, but this is year 3 on juicys and they have more than enough stopping power for me. No sense in adding a 1/2lb in brakes I don't need right?

I guess thats cool...if your into extremely sic looking bikes

weight?
I'm more into extremely sic riding bikes, which this is.

Shop digi-scale says low 39's, but I don't trust it. Until I get on an accurate digi-scale I'm going to continue believing it's in the high 38lb range.

actually, its like .8 lb may sawy me back towards carbons. . .

edit: .82lb lol, im switching from codes to carbons, for sure, you dont need a 4 piston avid brake. Great advice jerry gave me today, that sums everything up (the 4 piston avid part)

Those go in the seat-tube.

Sick bike! Red on white for 07!
Heck yeah, its a good color. Looks sweet, I ordered a white canfield F1 large front triangle last week to accomodate my red and white medium F1 (HA got 2 sizes now. :D). Gotta love red and white.
Yes I9's do look sweet on a white bike.
Thats gonna be nice can't wait to see it done.
R9's are slick bikes, always liked the look.

wow, those ti bolts are way cheaper than i thought, How much weight did you save doing everything on the bike?
I did every bolt on the bike except for the pivot bolts. (I did pivot nuts though) It ended up saving a hair over 100g, or roughly 1/4lb off the total weight of the bike. Honestly, I won't be doing it again next year  I tend to run the same brand/model parts each season, so I figured the hardware could be tranferred for year to year.

I like it except for the ti spring says Manatou. ;)
Good eye! I've had an RCS Ti spring in my hand before that was the same size, and honestly, it felt significantly heavier compared to the manitou Ti. Has anyone else found this to be case too?
