Green bike is sitting next to me actually, looks decent, sweet color. The white bike he is on will be released at th ebeginning of the summer and will be called the furious. It's a VP free type do it all bike.

He says it isn't a rainbow, as "rainbows are for world champions and fags."

I know nothing about camera gear/lighting/focus/color/shutter speed techniques but your images are always crystal clear and look awesome.

...guess you finally made it out of that airport - did you perform a pre-flight check by pounding a 5th of Cuervo like I suggested?

It's snowing here (North Jersey) and it sucks. Enjoy South America.

Riffle just got here, he was in santiago with your distributor yesterday. Practice just ended, i will have an update and some pics up after dinner.

Spoken like a man who has never nutted up to winning the biggest race in cycling. Please tell me he did not say that quote-even in jest I would be surprised.

He did...but you know Cedric. It was another smart ass response to someone's stupid question. And he didn't mean that WCs were fags...I guess you had to be there. :twitch:

Also, watching practice here makes me nervous. MUCHO sketchyness around these parts.

Also, thanks, we went around doing some mini shoots and got a bunch of good stuff. I ended up pretty happy, everything is so tight here and cramped, it was hard to line up a good shot. I'll show IM you a few more later on that I can't put online.

Cedric wins, chilean in 2nd, lars sternberg in 3rd. A riot started for cedrics jersey, police on motos wearing vests are coming out of the woodwork. I booked and am back in the hotel processing photos. Cedric is gonna one hell of a hard time getting back up here.

i thought i had heard rumors of them prototyping a new gearbox to compete with the Honda... siiiick!

Nice work Fraser...looks like you had harsh conditions to shoot, but cool to see coverage of these obscure events.

Does anyone know what the significance of "GOOSE" on Sanjays helmet is?

What kind of prizelist was offered at this event? i.e. How much did Cedric win?

Sanjay's commencal deal fell through. He just got 4th though, so a deal is int he works now with the Euro factory. He got his lid from some pro MXer, goose is that guys nickname. Sanjay said it was just funny to have someone else's name on his helmet.

Thanks, it was pretty horrid conditions. 9 million megawatt sunlight, and 2 flashes at 100% barely overpowered it. There was also way way too many fans, shoving pushing and overcrowding the smallest alley, hanging from lightpoles, window ledges etc.

Cash went 8 deep, I think Ced got $1500 and hotel, travel etc. He says he will be back, the fans alone make it worth it.

Cedric post podium - they took it all.

...not to get off topic, but is VanDine running UST tubeless?

I know he likes the sidewalls of the Maxxis UST DH tires and runs tubes in them, but seeing those DeeMax wheels makes me wonder...

sanjay didnt bother removing the nickname of the guy he killed for the helmet.
1st place we gave 750k chilean. 8 deep and according to UCI hors class
