Structure too, they have a guy that works on the helmets moto and dh is designed by the same guy.

In person it's pretty easy to see the differences between them. The backs a pretty different. it fits different than a d2 also.

I've got one of the carbon ones and it works the treat. It weighs in at 1065g for my large helmet. The fit is secure but comfortable, confidence inspiring if I have a big wreck. As far as the looks, it is barely similar to a TLD. It is more like an OGK (the helmet that Minnaar runs). It was styled after that helmet. I love the exposed carbon look, it's simple and clean.

Since it sounds like you've tried both, how do d2's fit differently?
