it's still flipping snowing here in VT so i'm messing around with some new paintjobs for this season. Gotta trade in 4 years of orange for some green. None of them are clear coated yet, hence the dull appearance, but that'll have to wait until the weather warms up a bit.

these are just for fun and to mess with color combinations, i'll paint my "real" helmet when my new one gets here.

i've spent the past week in graphics drawing up some helmet sketches to have this kid airbrush. hopefully it turns out alright.

oh, any suggestions on paint? the kid is amazing with an airbrush, and i guess he figured he would use some car paint...

do a search, this question has been answer by dylan, luke d, and me several times on this thread. there is no short way to explian what paint to use and how to apply it. prep work is everything, and painting a helmet is differnet from painting on other surfaces. if your friend has never painted a helmet, or car, or has never used automotive paint i wouldn;t let him anywhere near the helmet
