Dylan Dean Photo Back Online!

...well sorta!

As you know, my season was shortened due to illness, injury, & getting f**ked over by Utopia (yes I’m bitter), therefore I’ve decided to get things started fresh in my life.

Since I’ve slacked on getting my photos online like I used to do after every major event, I figured I’d start there. I had planned on making my own website dedicated to my photography, unfortunately I just haven’t had the time to work on it (let alone learn the new website developing software). I’ll eventually get around to it, but in the meantime, I’ve combined all my photography (Professional & Event Photo) to my smugmug account. Here’s a direct link to this season’s Pro races. I still need to edit galleries/site, so bare with me. I’ll be adding the Sea Otter Classic & all the MISC riders section early this week.

yah, i know... i honestly hate putting the big bold watermarks in the middle of my pics. unfortuantely i've had waaaaaaaaay too many of my photos stolen or credit not given in my career to not take drastic measures. & it's not really the average person that i'm referring to... a lot of companies have done this to me... that's mainly the reason for the watermark. ...& a main reason why i kinda dropped from the photo scene too. but i'm getting back in it TO MAKE MONEY! muahahahahaaha

but if anyone did want photos, all they'd need to do is ask (and agree to certain terms)... & as always, photos are always free to the racer (except for the Event Photography pics... sorry)

lol.. yah, but if you can see, i've been trying to wipe that off! you can tell cause it's a little transparent!.... so some of it is coming off!

actually yes i do... will try & get them up later this afternoon. They're all in my MISC folder at the moment,.... i originally didn't put the DECLINE team on, as Hank & Alf were on the AMPd Intense team.... then i renamed it & didn't finish it up. just waitin for the Sea Otter photos to finish uploading first

yah, i do a lot of pan shots. it's fun to do, but be sure to take a lot, since not all of them come out the way you want them to. no, i typically slow down the shutter speed & add a flash (will be adding more flashes come next season). best thing to do is play around with everything... slower shutters, additional flashes, different f/stops, etc see what works... every situation is a little different... so test it out before you need to make sure u get a final shot.

nag, nag! haha j/k... i did change the opacity a little, will see if that works better & go from there. just want to make sure it's still ledgible. Not sure if it'll change all the preset watermarks or just those from now on.

no, unfortunately i won't be... Since Utopia folded, i have no one sending me.... I don't think they would have paid the full amount, but might have gotten some help... (not anymore)... plus i'm just coming off a broken ankle & i'm actually getting surgery soon (on another deal).... so i'm pretty much F-cked for a while!

bumming... i REALLY wanted to go! Ft Bill is just crazy & Maribor will be classic!
