I think im destined to take photos full time this wolrds. Walking the course starts in 45min....but it looks like almost everybody has been riding the track for weeks.....lucky for some, Not quite sure if thats kosher for a worlds course, but what can you do, public track and all.

looking for classic NE singletrack
just saw on the UCI website:

Everywhere *but* US - watch live on freecaster, ucilive.com, mtbcut.tv, etc.

US - highlights, date/time TBD.

argh. hoping to see about proxy servers to hide my IP address, but wondering what that'll do to the streaming speed... I put the blame squarely on the UCI, how can they possibly expect to grow the sport in the US if they sell the distribution rights to someone who's not actually distributing live video??

all you USA folks need is someone outside of the USA to stream a webcam that's looking at a stream of the coverage... easy. I only have dial up on my farm here in NZ so it won't work for me. Kinda ghetto but it'll work.
