No need for stories and such, but I am curious. I have two question for ya. Simple answers. No bashing.

1.Who have you have the BEST customer service with?
2.Who have you had the WORST with?

best-1. Go-Ride (bike shop), Shimano and Specialized(warranty)
worst-2. Beyond Bikes (bike shop), Oakley (warranty)

worst co. Intense, got shafted for 5 months on a warrany but it worked out in the end. I can't even get that mad since they were taking care of a bike theydidn't even make any more (m1)

Best.......probably Go-ride.com as I've ordered most of the technical stuff from them and have always had great phone/email contact. I've had good luck with Universal cycles, Ride-this.com, Jenson, Pricepoint etc... All have been decent as far as "online" goes.

Worst......I really don't have a "worst". It's more like a middle ground. Some company's just lag at fixing and repairing anything and everything. Some lag at shipping........but when you order in enough time they always get it to you. I won't name name's as it's been a while since I've needed anything bicycle related but that's the just of that.

Best: Empire BMX
Worst: haven't had any bad experiences yet.

Empire is amazing though, they have gone out of their way to help me. They also ship really quick and always throw in free stuff with every order. Not to mention they have helped me with anything I have needed.

they lost my brand new 08 4X world cup. I've been on the phone with 9 different people explaining my situation and I keep getting the run around.

Unusally Poor Service

Fox tried to dick me and charge me almost $300 to replace the lowers on my Vanilla 125RLC a few years back.

I have good luck with Unreal Cycles and Jenson. Just recently Jenson sent me a wrong pair of grips. They sent me the correct pair and told me to go ahead and keep the incorrect pair. :rockout:

Iron Horse has also been good when I have had issues.
