There's a few proto oranges floating around. We have to go to a tubular frame to test geometries etc. Next year's bike will be slightly different and called the 224 evolution (or something along these lines). Look for them in a week at eurobike.

Did they not have a proto gearbox bike?? remember seeing pics of that...
2 of them in fact. They are now on the 4th GB proto i think, i can't keep track. Completely different from the others. Huge amount of proto stuff floating around the factory this year. You shoulda seen the monstrosity Julien was racing on at Ste Anne. Franken bike.

the morewood isn't too attractive at the moment, but that orange is gorgeous.

that is not a Morewood. I've seen their 08 frames and that is definitely not one.
It's not a 2008 model. In an interview with Patrick Morewood he mentioned this design - Single pivot linkage designs have several different takes- the one being Kona and the original Turner designs, and the other being Cannondale; Foes; Commencal and Turner DHR style designs where the linkages are much smaller, and the linkages sit much lower on the frame, giving a very low centre of gravity. I am currently working on one of these type of designs, mainly because of the low Cof G and the fact that I can get a very low leverage rate of 2.3: 1.

The link to the bike with a little more info is here - http://www.sputnikcorp.co.za/

That Morewood prototype is identical to the old (and dicontinued I think1) Lenz Pro Desender frame. I dont really like it but thats just me!!!!
