Where did you get yours at?
I got mine through BTI around a year ago or so.

I shaved the disc tabs from it, cut out the reliefs in the dropouts, and now run a flush alu. 20mm thru-axle. Was running alu. nuts with the chromo 14mm axle, which is perfect for pegs, but since I wasn't grinding with this fork the chromo axle was a little overkill and overweight.

dobermann has one coming out soon, but it is pricey
yes...our forks will be ready pretty soone, The steerer tubes should be back from the CNC in 2 weeks...and then we will start welding them up.

The dealer cost is the same as the DMR forks...so the retail in the shop's should be similar.

Cheers!

I agree. I like the rebate better than the DMR

Satori - Can you give any info on the thru-axle you have. I too do not need the nutted axle. I like the look of yours.

I think Greg Melms did the axle nuts if I'm not mistaken.. Drop him a PM, he's such a nice dude. He was very willing to help me out when I PM'd him.

Those axle nuts are just simply some new old stock Knight ti. crank bolts (although I could also use the stock 17mm bolts from the Marmoset). The axle was custom turned by GMD, and uses the same safety spacers that came with the fork originally too, so they fit flush.
It's just a 110 X 20mm hollow alu. axle that is female threaded and the diameter on the ends is dropped down to 14mm for the dropouts on the 1420.

You could really just bypass this without custom work by getting yourself an Identiti Rebate Park or Jump, for the 3/8" dropouts, then run a regular BMX hub, like a marmoset or pilot or something... But I did mine this way incase I ever have a day where I decide I want to run a susp. fork up front, so the 20mm thru is still useful and versatile.

Nah..I don't want to build a new front wheel. I like the Woodman 20mm disc.

I could just leave the nutted set-up as is. I mean I would already be dropping ~ 2lbs just going to the rigid fork...

But I have to see about getting it...
