I got a chance last night to see the premier of "Seasons", a new film from The Collective, last night. The have done a heck of a job once again. In summary, it is about what the riders have to go through Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer in preparation for the Downhill World Cup. The filming was on par with past Collective films, really really great stuff..

I liked it. Great filming, and that part at Whistler at the end was pretty cool.
Can't wait for my buddies copy to come in, so we can play it on the BIG screens!
We're presenting the première at Bromont, QC next weekend so I was "forced" to watch the movie. Start smoothly with a bio of each rider, but get stronger and end up being really good. Probably the longest bike movie in a while at 60min.

Saw the UK premiere tonight. I thought it was OK, better than Roam (which they showed beforehand) maybe. I'm not a big fan of freeride films as a whole though, prefer DH race ones like Between The Tape and Earthed etc. If you liked Roam you'll like it for sure. I preferred it to Roam as it had a bit more DH-type riding in it I think.

I got the DVD in the mail last week. I've watched it a few times including all the bonus stuff on it. Really good stuff. I loved Roam and I think this one is just as good if not better. It'll replace Roam as the default DVD on my TV in the garage while I'm working on bikes. 
I really like the trails segment in the bonus features. Short but some serious ripping. And the Whistler Fall segment at the end of the movie was just awesome. I want to go ride there SO bad. Karate Monkey just looks awesome with all those switch back berms.
