I can't wait to get home from work!!! I got my XC bike some presents and they should be waiting for me when I get home!

- DT 240 hubs
- New XT cranks
- New XT shifters
- New XT disc rotors
- Salsa Flip-Off Ti Skewers

This is in addition to the already acquired presents:

- Mavic 717 rims
- Thompson seat post
- XT disc brake calipers/levers

Now my baby will be complete! I can't wait to build her back up with her new sweet parts!!

Are they going on the bike you'll race this weekend?
Everything but the new wheel set. I'm not busting that out until the weather is better. I'll have my winter set on there this weekend, which is good because I'm only bring one bike to do the XC and DH and I don't want to DH my light wheels.

I've been waiting two weeks for a Big Box of Bike Bits.

Contacted the company yesterday to see where it is and they said they are still waiting for a single tube of white lithium grease to come back into stock before they can send the order!

Needless to say I asked them to remove the damn grease from the order and send the rest tout de suite.

Now I know you are not talking about a greyhound.
Gio is a greyhound.....a flippin huge greyhound who is very skeptical of strangers that come to the house and very protective of his mommy and his gal pal Indy (greyhound #2). He's also tiger striped, 80 pounds, 30 inches tall at the shoulders (well over 3 feet tall at the head!), and has a pretty mean growl. He's scared off a prowler before when I was home alone. He's such a good boy!

That is a rare greyound you've got there.

Ours would be very excited to see an intruder, and our only hope would be that the dog's powerful wagging tail would knock the intruder unconscious.

He's a kick *ss dog. He's a wide stripe brindle too which makes him even a little more unusual. He was actual a returned adoption that I started fostering. Three days in I called the rescue and said I wasn't bringing him back. He was the only dog that we had fostered that Indy didn't immediately hate. He doesn't really like hairy breeds of dogs though, which is his only really quirk. There are a few that he likes, once he gets to know them but for the most part hairy dogs scare him silly.

And I'm pretty sure that if there were canine autism, he's got it. Even my vet thinks so.

In your pants
Fed-Ex man brought me a Thomson post, Thomson Stem, updated upper rocker links, a new RS Totem Solo-Air, and Avid Codes last week. So I bought a new saddle to go with all that. :)

LOL!!! Sounds about as ferocious as our whippets. Only one of ours will bark at strangers...and that's in excitement after the person has entered the house :bonk:

I think our only hope would be Loosie jumpin at someone enough to knock them off balance so they trip over the fierce wiggly basset ;)

Sounds like some great new goodies!!! I'm jealous...I want new bike goodies but I've been broken many ATV parts so far this season to even think about upgrading the 2 wheeler :)

I have no idea where I am
That would be rich. I got too much booty for skinny pants....and too much self worth.
Nothing wrong with that at all.

I just found out last week that dudes wearing "girl pants" are in fact shopping in the women's clothing side of the store. I thought they were just called girl pants because the were so tight and skinny.
