am i the only one that finds it pretty funny that "back" is mentioned fifty times in this thread.

Speaking of trashed backs, i've blown my back up twice where i was incapable of movement for weeks.

i make money in a physical job where i need a back.

What works for me is to listen to the body. Get rid of furniture that tweaks your back. Strengthen muscles that support your back. i do various stretches and various stomach exercises every morning. Fork over cash to get a back support mattress for your bed, you spend at least a third of your day there. Lift proper and don't lift twist. Listen to your body, if you feel it tweak out do what you need to do to get better, be that a hot shower, or rest.

Good luck with your ventures, health is so important to well being, and mountain biking as you know is a great venue for these pursuits.

That's funny! How you doing True?

Hang on......gonna finish....urrrrrghhhhhaaaaaaahhhh.

Whew...thanks hon.

What were you saying Brian?

Oh..good. Lots of change of course, but consistency is boring. New jobs, new wife, built a house, selling another, elbowed a neighbor in the eye (long story).

Right now I'm concentrating on getting the new house set up. Tons of crap still in boxes. The office needs to be set up, as does the garage and I have no landscaping to speak of.

Nice, you got it down to being finished in 3 seconds! Sounds like you're doing quite well, throw some duct tape on your back and come ride N*!

Cool man, I used to live on Moffett Field back in the late 80's and early 90's.
Nice area.
It was nicer back then when the town had a bunch of military and military industrial influence. These days there are far too many self-important douchebag google employees.

Still a damn nice place, and I can't complain about the house or the property value which seems immune (zoiks!).
