If you're putting out all these vids you should get a tripod if you don't have one already.

Cool. Use a tripod- just bring it up, otherwise the shaky content will turn off people used to watching polished vids. Also, you don't have to zoom in on EVERY shot. Keep getting video stuff out.
don't worry about the short vids b/c you'll get better after feedback, so it's better to let the project evolve. you'll actually see you last segments should be better if you're just starting out.
