Help! I need somebody. Help not just anybody. Help I need someone. Haha but seriously I'm trying to pick a bike and here are my contenders and what I am looking for out of a bike.

- Santa Cruz V10
- Intense M6
- Giant Glory

And i was wondering if anybody had ridden a Scott Gambler DH? If so i wanted to hear what they thought of it.

I'm looking for mostly a race rig but I would like to be able to jump the bike a little!

I am 5'8 and 135 Lbs.
And I was hoping someone could help me out. How i should set up the bike like what type of spring for my weight and ect.... I know that's a lot to ask for but any help would be good. Thank You.

Socom is a possibility i was also looking at a 303 but that damn rail system sounds amazing but the hassle turns me away completely sounds like a bitch to keep one running well and where i ride its very dirty and i just see constant cleaning and greasing!

If you think about something that's also good for jumping I'd look for sth with adjustable geo. Gambler seems nice. Know one guy who has it and is very happy about it. You could also look at commencal supreme dh - jumpable and adjustable geo. Furious is also raceable.
Look into SP's if your into jumping.

I think that the bikes you mentioned are not really 2 pourpose bikes.

Also canfield users tell really good stuff about it so look into jedi.

You are definately a little too light for a 303. That bike would throw you all over the place. I would go with the Socom.

Either a 40 or a Boxxer. I loved my Boxxer Team - light, decently stiff, GREAT damping, cheap, etc. It's the same thing as the WC without air springs. 40s feel good too. I haven't owned one so I can't tell you how it is long-term though.

Stay FAR away from new Marzocchi products, the new stuff (especially air) is notorious for being unreliable since they've moved production to Taiwan.

Yeah thats what a lot of people have told me!
Probably will pick either the 40 or boxxer it seems more people run the 40 on a socom im guessing just cause its lighter maybe but the price kinda turns me away im wondering if Boxxer Team would be suffice!

If it were me I'd run the Boxxer Team. It's not heavier than a 40 and IMO has better damping. Also, the walls aren't super-thin.

Socoms are hard to set up with front derailleurs from what I understand. PM Kanter, he's got one that way.

You guys think a fox DHX 5.0 Coil will work just fine with a boxxer team or should i switch to a vivid since i'll be using a boxxer?

I was happy with my Boxxer Team and PUSHed DHX combo. You'll be fine. If you can afford it the CCDB is much nicer but the DHX is a great workhorse shock.
